Experience, Graduation & a Master in Human Resources allowed Daniela to master personnel research & selection processes, managing Career Development and planning targeted training paths.

 

Daniela joined Enterprise Shipping Agency in 2008, reaching the position of Crew Fleet Manager, gaining experience on selection & crew pool management, with constant attention to time and costs, Owners & Institutions/Majors requirements, always promoting Seafarers’ company loyalty and their Career Development.
 

 

She is presently appointed 3E Ltd agent for Italy, fully involved on Seafarers’ hard & soft skills development, through the implementation of Competence Management System. She plays a fundamental role as Certified D.I.S.C. Assessor (Behavioural Assessment).

Marco Fresia comes from a maritime business family, graduated at Genoa University with a Master Degree in “Maritime & Transportation Economics” and performed as Crew Operator and later Crew Manager for more than 10 years.

His career path granted experience in all departments of a shipping company from accounting to Safety & Security, covering the role of Deputy DPA & CSO for several years in the Oil & Gas Maritime sector.

 

He a Trainer since 2013 and was among the firsts in Italy to become authorised STCW Trainer in 2016, specialising in QHSE & Security training Areas.

 

He joined 3E team in September 2020 with the role of Crew Management Digital, AI & Training consultant.

 

Together with Mrs Vicari he is in charge of constant develop & update of the Competence Management System.

Claudia Ottomano joined in Enterprise Shipping Agency in August 2017, after finish Nautical school, as Crew Fleet Operator, working mainly on Tanker vessels.

In August 2021 she started to work in the HR Department projects, mainly on seafarers’ training in the Malta Office
 

She is in charge of mandatory training courses management and dealing with seafarers’ evaluation systems with the aim of improving hard & soft skills of the crews, to achieve ShipOwners set standards.

Antonio Ciriale graduated at IstitutoTecnico Nautico S. Giorgio in Genoa, Engine Department.

He works in maritime shipping industry since 1983 and covers various roles in different shipping companies managing  Dry Cargo and Tanker vessels since 2018.

He joined ESA Malta office in 2019, where he covers the position of Chief Financial Officer.

 

He cooperates with 3E as consultant on accounting and documentary department.

Lorenzo Andreis graduated from Genoa University with a degree in Maritime and Logistic Economics.

He worked as Crew Fleet Manager in Enterprise Shipping Agency Italian Headquarters, dealing with many of the most influential Shipping Companies in Dry & Tanker sector.

 

 

After a few years he moved to ESA Malta office, focusing on Ship Management among other things, covering QHSE Superintendent and Operation Manager positions for the Bulk sector.

 

 

He recently became the representative of 3E in the Intertanko Human Element Committee and IMEC.

Manuele Gatta graduated with honours at University of Bologna with a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

He works in maritime shipping industry since 2009 and covers the role of DPA/CSO in different shipping companies with Dry Cargo and Tanker vessels since 2014.

 

 

He joined the ESA Malta office in 2018, where he covers the position of Fleet Director.

 

 

He cooperates with 3E as consultant on product development and customer care strategy.
